This dynamic outreach targets young ladies ages 12-18. 

The foundation of this ministry is founded upon Mark 5:22-23,35-43 in which Jesus is summoned to Jairus house and spoke a resurrecting word to his dying daughter. Talitha Cumi which means, Damsel Arise

The mission of D.O.E. is to awaken young ladies to their God given purpose and destiny and train them to achieve excellence in all aspects of life.

The Focus of D.O.E.  is the total development of the spirit, body and soul of the young ladies.  Each young lady will complete an abstinence based curriculum and will vow to chastity until marriage. Additional trainings include personal hygiene, etiquette, culinary skills development and an exposure to liberal arts.
